What's it like living in Fetcham?

Fetcham is a busy village with excellent local shops and easy access to London, Guildford, Cobham, Epsom and, of course, Leatherhead which is on the other side of the River Mole. There is a nature reserve with Mill Pond chalk springs which provide much of the water supply for the surrounding area.

These springs even continued to supply water during the droughts of 1976 and 2006.

It is surrounded by outstanding countryside and is the gateway to the nationally important and beautiful Surrey Hills, which includes Box Hill now made famous from the London 2012 Olympic road cycle race.

Centrally located within Surrey and just off junction 9 of the M25, Fetcham is a few miles away from Leatherhead Station with trains going directly to London in around 40 minutes.

There are many outstanding schools in the area for children of all ages, both state and private and many community events.
